“Buckle has the best service around. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Service like that is very hard to find these days, especially in the retail industry. Went into some of the big department stores in the mall and I couldn't even find an open register, much less someone to help me.”

She also has extreme product knowledge of what she is selling & will not sell a customer the wrong product. JCP has a gem in this employee. “I've never had a bad experience in this store. They're very nice folks, have a large variety of wigs and other hair related products, as well as lotsa of other cool stuff, and they'll wheel & deal with you. Not every price is written in stone. I'm used to shopping in Asia where they think you're not too smart if you don't try to bargain at least a little. All in all I think they're prices are very competitive, and I've gotten some really good deals on what I consider quality items.”

“I love Rainbow. I wish there was one in my area. You get clothes that are trendy but don't break the wallet. Some Rainbows have kids clothes also. My granddaughter found a great place to buy school clothes that make her dollars stretch. Styles are varied but there is always something to like”
“Such a cute boutique with a great selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry. Spent days shopping while in town vacationing and this was my favorite by far. Great customer service, prices and quality. I bought too much to bring home in my suitcases so they shipped it to my home complimentary. Mimosas, sales and great fashion advice what more could I ask for? “Traveled from Alabama to shop for my daughter's prom dress. The staff were very patient and helpful. They pinned the dress to show what it would look like altered, carried the dress bottom so it would not drag, and offered to order the size and color needed. It was a great shoppimg experience. They were amazing I highly recommend.”

Even if you don't try them on you can't exchange or refund them! And in general, there are No refunds, only exchanges though. Love the staff though. Very helpful and kind.”

“A friend and I had traveled from Birmingham, AL this last weekend for the Falling in Reverse concert — so of course we had to go to HT when we heard there was one. LOVED the OG arch entrance, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I didn’t get the girls name who was working the floor, but she was sweet & helpful. And then there’s Vinnie! He went above and BEYOND for us, helped us maximize the best deals and was so friendly, you’d had thought we all knew each other for forever! Yall need to give that man a RAISE!!! Vinnie, my mans, you’re a rockstar! Keep it up!!!”
