“Dropped a live unload, overall not a bad experience. Showed up at 0645 for 0700 appointment, I recommend arriving well before your appointment. I was the second in line when I showed up. By the time I was given a dock (0737) there were four trucks queued at the guard shack. There is a good amount of traffic flowing through here, all receiving docks were busy when I arrived. By 0830 there were six trucks waiting at the entrance. Guards were very polite, and gave very clear instructions, expertly placing queued trucks to still allow traffic to move in and out of the entrance.If you are rushed, you may ask your company/broker about doing a drop and hook. I saw several folks drop trailers on the receiving doors, grab an empty and head out, including from my own company. May be limited for small companies or owner ops, not sure if you can drop a trailer and come back for it.Overall, offloading only took 1.5 hours on average. My load (unfortunately) was stacked poorly by the shipper, so mine took a little longer, about 2 hours. In the time I was there, they completed five offloads (some had started around 0600 when they opened) and five more trailers were moved into place in short order, including me. For the amount of traffic going through here, props to the warehouse team for moving as fast as they did on every single receiving dock.Plenty of room to maneuver and back, just be sure to go slow and use caution. Watch for the yard jockey, he was working hard to get empty trailers off the doors for those that weren’t live unload, more power to him.When you finish, there is room near where you entered to pause for a second to do paperwork, close doors, etc. nobody is rushing you to get off the property, but I recommend finishing up as soon as you can so there isn’t traffic build up.My only complaint is that there wasn’t a bathroom or outhouse available. A small enough inconvenience since I was only there about 3.5 hours in total. Also, no overnight parking. There is a Pilot 15 miles down the road at MS-15 and I-22, but it does fill up quickly. Not sure about other parking options, I didn’t have to look into it thankfully.Looking forward to coming back, hoping my company can get me an early unload again!”

“My appointment was at 7 am for delivery. I checkin at 7 and got door in 20 minutes. They took 25 minutes to unload me… you don’t have to go to receiving first, for deliveries check in at shipping at the back of the building. And then they will ask you to go through the dirt road and there you will find the 3 docks for delivery.”
