I bought a 2025 Expedition Active Max from Sean, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. My wife had a very specific setup in mind , the Max body style in the Active trim and in the color she wanted - and Sean never once tried to push us toward something else more available “just to make a sale.” He helped us order exactly what we were looking for, even though it wasn’t something they had on the lot.
He kept the whole process simple. No pressure, no weird sales tactics, no games with the numbers. He walked me through the financing options in a way that actually made sense, kept me updated while the vehicle was coming in, and followed through on everything he said he would.
I don’t usually enjoy buying cars. Most of the time it feels like you’re bracing yourself for something. This was the first time I’ve walked away from a dealership and couldn’t point to a single part of the experience I was unhappy with. “I came into Darell’s with my F150 broke down, trying to tow my new classic car (1982 H/O Pace Care) back to Indiana.
DJ, Ken and their group totally took care of my repair and gave me a lift to Enterprise for truck rental.
They Got it in and diagnosed that afternoon and by the time I got back to Mississippi (from driving back to Indiana with my trailer and car) it was fixing ready to go!!!
