βThe entire dealership made our buying experience seamless! I don’t take for granted great customer service anymore but this team was great to work with from when we walked in the door until we drove off the lot! Chip was amazing to work with! He helped answer every single question and stayed almost an hour late two nights out of three to make sure we had all our questions answered! Even after the paperwork was complete, he spent 30 plus minutes going through all the details of the car and making sure things were perfect!

βWe drove from Buffalo NY to Jackson Mississippi for specific Oldsmobile Trofeo parts on what I considered being one of the hottest and humid days ever we were in the smoldering heat for 3 hours the workers were so amazing offering us water a place to sit to cool down we had 2 carts full of parts and they helped push one to our vehicle it’s always great seeing workers with such pleasant attitudesβ

βI just had to leave a review on the young manager Arkirra. Yes I said young! This young lady was bright, she didnβt even let me look around the store she asked if I needed help upon walking in and went and found everything for me and sheβs pretty nice w kids as well. My baby said when we need parts can we come back to this and this one only just to talk to her. I think I found my favorite autozone store now 5 stars just for herβ

βDropped my vehicle off at A1 transmission. Positive the transmission was failing. 195k on the Oldsmobile Bravada. They took it for a test and called me back thinking it was possibly the catalytic converter. They took it to a muffler repair shop. Called me back next day. Diagnosed the converter was bad. Replaced converter. They picked up my vehicle, returned it to there location. Was only charged for the exhaust system work. Martin and his crew are exceptional. I understand why they are so busy.β

βJohn was very helpful today with my battery purchase and installation for Ram 3500 dually. The store had been short handed on original batteries wanted where associate John was able to do a price match on a different set to help me with my need. John also took his time with installing batteries where no damage was done and no bolts and screws missing. Will definitely recommend store to anyoneβ

βI'm giving O'Reilly 5 stars because their part was half the cost of the dealership and the same part. This O'Reilly's is located on Northside drive. I called them to see if they had the part I was blessed enough to speak with Trey. He searched to see if they had the part and informed me that there was one in stock. When I got there he still had the information in front of him on the counter. He was very courteous and professional. And for a business owner like me that is very important. So O'Reilly you guys are very blessed to have Trey on your staff he is a true professional. Thank you for getting me in and out with no snags.β

βTop notch customer service! I took a car battery in to have it charged, unfortunately it couldn't take a charge because it was bad. This location, Terry Road, didn't have the battery for my car, so the staff warrantied it and I was able to pick it up at the Ellis Ave. location. Thank you to the staff at both locations.β
