2nd go around with problems regarding debit card. Bank apparently sends out xtra debit cards by mistake. Later cancelled the card I am using. On hold 35 minutes while one agent tries to translate the mishaps. Still doesn't make sense. Card services refuses to talk with the customer to explain

The bank the people are the best I've ever had any where in the banking business. I'm glad I was introduced to you all. I plan on this being a long time relationship.
