“My family and I have been a BankPlus family for as long as I can remember. It's the bank my parents use, and it's the bank I use! I know BankPlus typically replies to reviews, so I would just like this to be heard: please see what you can do about opening a new BankPlus location either in Richland or Florence, Mississippi! When my family and I lived in Flowood it was great because there are two BankPlus locations in Flowood, both of which were very close. Now that we have moved to Florence, the closest locations are in Pearl and Byram, both of which are 15-20 minutes away from us! Please see what you can do to open a new BankPlus location in Florence or Richland, there are dozens of banks here but none are the bank I choose!”
“This is a good bank. I simply don't understand how they get any bad reviews as I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and I have never had any bit of trouble! Staff is kind and welcoming always! I feel like home when I'm here.”

Offered snacks drinks etc and everyone went above and beyond to help me get multiple accounts set up. Luke and jamille are both phenomenal as well. Jamille is the one that hooked me on this branch. I can’t say enough kind things about these people. :)”

“No frills kinda bank, no fees either ?. Nice people every time I see them! ATM @ main entrance and drive thru, no coin count machine. Front desk tellers are usually about 50% staffed.”
