He is very knowledgeable and experienced, often picking up the needed parts himself. In one case, a customer’s alternator went out, and while brick-and-mortar shops could not get to it for days, he had the customer back up and running the next day, saving them from extra hotel nights and a towing fee. Another customer had a coolant line fixed the same day, with the work completed in about an hour. The mechanic also rewired a headlight that had previously been "fixed" twice with no success, and it has had no issues for over a month. Even when a car ended up starting on its own, the mechanic checked in to offer free advice. The service is very fast and very reliable, with one customer helped immediately after being stuck on the highway. Prices are cheaper than basically anywhere else without sacrificing quality, and the mechanic costs about the same as a regular shop minus the wait and tow fee. The excellent customer service and honest work ethic are highly recommended.
