Brought my truck to Rapid Oil Change and Travis quoted me $900.16 for a set of 4 tires with mount and balance, oil change, 3rd brake light swap, key fob battery swap, and rear shock replacements. “Rick & his guys have always done me right. My Tahoe was misfiring & I thought I was about to need the pistons replaced & the whole AFM deleted for a few thousand $$. Rick pulled in before 8 & his guys at 8AM sharp. His mechanic Travis looked at a pic of my old spark plug & said it wasn’t my AFM, but a clogged PCV valve. He asked if I was handy with tools, then told me all I needed to do to fix it myself in a few days & that I was good to roll 4hrs on the road right then. Rick comforted me more by telling me that if something did happen, just call him & he’d send someone to the north end of the state to get me. Years ago before he had his shop, Rick & 1 of his guys replaced the U-Joint on my truck on their day off and at his house while I hung out. He didn’t even charge me, he said to just tip his guy that crawled under my truck & did the work. I’ve had nothing but the best customer service every time.”

I was relieved that it made it 1 mile to the East Brandon exit so we would not be stuck on the side of I-20. As I turned off the exit I quickly searched “mechanics near by” & I saw that Darrell’s Auto Electric was 1.5 miles away. I wasn’t too sure my van could make it there but I was sure that we were going to try! Just as I saw the shop down a hill on my left my van shut down”
