“It was just perfect. Everything was seamless, professional and friendly. The one thing I’d change is I would have wanted the inflation pressure in my tires to have been set, my tires were overinflated to different pressures in each tire. But service was a amazing”
“The customer service was excellent from the get-go. Service was super fast! It was a little out of there coming from Jackson but so worth the cost and time savings. Highly recommend! My trailer hitch receiver looks awesome.”
“I'm from out of state, but had work done in Florida @ another Mavis, but while traveling thru Mississippi,
I had a quick tire issue that was resolved quickly & professionally by this shop. Donald was a great help & I highly recommend these guys to work on my truck.”
“Didn't have service performed by them due to thier schedule and an emergency on my part. But they gave a referral and that was perfect. His referral took care of us in a timely manner.”
“Matthew and Hannah were amazing today! Matthew also helped to change my tire yesterday as well! They got me in and out quickly for a a new tire! Amazing customer service! Truly appreciate them!”

“This was my first car and I'm glad to say it was with CIA. The whole crew was tremendously helpful. Caleb was very awesome and understanding with my mom and I. Not only Caleb, but Jesse, Parker, and even the owner himself, Cliff, were delightful. Not only as salesmen but as people. So grateful for them all. CIA is a great business and will be first dealership I would recommend to anyone. Thank you CIA!”
