What stood out most was Parker’s commitment to keeping his word. When an additional alignment was needed, he took the time to explain why it was important for protecting my new tires, and he still honored the price we had discussed. That level of honesty and accountability is hard to find.
Parker truly takes pride in taking care of his customers. He communicated clearly, looked for ways to help me save money, applied my coupon, and made sure I understood what was being done to my truck. I never felt pressured or rushed.

“Everything was fine but I did feel like the service was rushed. It made me very uneasy hoping they didnt mess anything up but so far no leaks. I also didn't get an updated sticker for my window to know when to come back. They were arguing a little bit so I think that's why everything was fully done correct. Honestly, I did tell myself I was going to go to a different location next time. Overall, their attitude towards me was good and again, so far no leaks. Also, the price was about $20 extra, i guess because of the oil situation, but it's life.”
