Not helpful at all. Could not figure out how to fix my phone issue with texting. Also Verizons service is spotty at best. I drop calls and people tell me all the time they can't hear me. So, I have to stand still to improve my phone's reception. This happens on my wife's phone also. We both have the newest phones on the market. They cost way more than we were led to believe they would. We will definitely be going back to Cspire as soon as we can.

This place is awful. They allowed a person NOT on my account to purchase a $1300 phone, even though this was a man and the name on the account is Lisa. I filed a fraud case with Verizon, and when I went in to return the phone and have everything reversed, they actually tried to talk me into buying this person a less expensive phone, and when that was a no go, they tried to talk me into upgrading my perfectly fine phone. They added $90 in insurance to my account plus an upgrade fee. These people are not trustworthy, they give Verizon a bad name. Do not go to this store, or go at your own risk.

Was very disappointed when I saw they were open until 6 but the doors were locked at 5:35. Needed to turn in my phone and get a new case. Ended up going to the a different location.

My sister switched out a broken android phone for a new one and they didn't take out the symp card for her and put it in the new android phone so she lost all her contacts and photos. She is elderly and didn't know what to ask and they didn't offer. They told her they couldn't save her contacts and photos because she wasn't on the cloud and she didn't know what that was. Worst service ever!
