“I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and especially Dr. Ricchetti. From the very first visit, it was clear that she is not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough.
When I first brought my dog Cleo in, Dr. Ricchetti immediately noticed a drainage tract from a prior TPLO surgery (done by another vet). While others had told me to just “watch it,” she recognized right away that it could indicate a deeper bacterial infection and referred us to Mississippi State. That decision very likely saved Cleo’s leg.
Dr. Ricchetti has also personally followed up after two emergency vet visits, reaching out the next day without being prompted.That kind of follow-up truly sets her apart. She is always kind, patient, and wonderful with my dogs, who absolutely adore her. After one ER visit, she offered to coordinate Cleo’s medication without requiring an additional office visit, which I deeply appreciated.
The front desk staff are welcoming and kind, and the entire clinic is a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this vet and trust them completely with my dogs.”

“If you haven’t been to oakdale I highly recommend! We usually go to hometown and been there for 8 years but I’m done with them. Anywho…. My schnauzer has pancreatitis. She started bleeding bad and we called every vet in Flowood bc it was 4:00 and I was trying to prevent from going to the emergency vet. They squeezed us in and helped my fur baby out. They close at 5:30 and we got out at 6:30. Dr. Gray didn’t rush us not one time and explained everything. I’ve never had care like that before at any vet I’ve been to! He’s the best!! Everyone there was so sweet and helpful!”
