“They’re super good, friendly and trustworthy here, I would bring my childhood dog to them when I lived in ms with my family and never had any issues, they explain things very well and are there for the best interest of your pet which since moving to CA and trying to find that out here seems impossible I really appreciate that they genuinely care! I even can call them sometimes when looking for advice with my old girl, which is even more awesome that even tho I might not be a patient any longer they have no issue with helping me all the way from California ? I miss that southern hospitality haha”

“I took my baby Deuce Bug there for years. I loved him beyond measure, so it’s safe to say I trust them. They helped him cross the Rainbow bridge last year. On one of the worst days of my and my husbands life, they were there for us. Dr. Jenny is the vet who assisted Bug in his crossing. She cried and prayed with us. They did everything they could to make that day bearable. Deuce was a Pug and hated having his nails clipped. But loved going to the vet ??‍♀️ He was a character?I will always be grateful for how they loved on my baby. Deuce mostly saw Dr. Todd and he is awesome. I recently rescued a cat “Big Girl” and she had a great experience there too. Crossgates Vet for the win. Your family member will be in great hands.”

“Dr Leber and Dr Berry have been caring for my cats for 11 years. We moved to Crystal Springs and I attempted to use local vets but only to be reminded that the best care is at Rankin Animal. I have never had any issues with any of their staff. All have been pleasant and helpful. My cats have recieved routine care as well as Dr Leber saved one of my cats life with major bowel surgery. Marie and Renee have been working there the entire time and I can tell that they truly care about my babies. I'm a paranoid cat mom and everyone has always given attention to my concerns about my cats health. Even throughout the COVID pandemic we have recieved top notch care.
