“We went to have a check engine scan run but was unable to pay them to fix it they were SO NICE they showed us what part was bad & how to replace it. When we had the money to fix it ourselves it was exactly what was wrong & easy to replace. They were also the most reasonably price shop in town for the computer scan. I promise you we called every shop that was anywhere near us. The places that are usually free like AutoZone's was broken & the other parts stores aren't doing them due to covid-19.”

“Spoke to John about a car leaking coolant - my wife and I were stranded there overnight and needed a repair ASAP to make the long drive home. John offered to look at it first thing that morning and was able to determine it was the coolant pump. He charged a more than fair rate, got the part, and had us on the road in only a few hours. He was insanely reasonable and kind and I'd recommend him any day of the week for his work and generosity.”

“Traveling from Houma Louisiana to Indiana yesterday, I had a tire blow out on my loaded trailer. Too heavy and too far from home to rely on the other tire beside it, so a quick google search brought me to them. They have a clean, squared away facility, and everyone there was accommodating and helpful. They got right on my tire and I was back on the road in no time and it wasn’t an inflated price. The world needs more businesses like this.”

“My experience with the Paul Barnett Nissan's service department has been really great. This was my second time bringing my truck in for service. They have a very comfortable waiting area with tv, and they had coffee and waters available. The service advisors came to the waiting area to update me on the progress being made. The wait time was not long because I had made an appointment. Overall great place to get work done on your vehicle.”

They are amazing. They towed us back to their shop on late Friday and worked on our truck first thing Monday morning. I would recommend this place to everyone that is in the area.”
