“We started a new project at our residence. In need of starting propane gas service. After pricing equipment, we settled on Ferrell. Our construction of lines and connecting of same to our purchased tank went smooth. The tech performing task was in contact with responsible authority to ensure our property was in specs and safe. Delivery of gas was performed safely and the driver was informative and friendly. Only one complaint. The company has a messed up communication system. You dial a local number and you are transferred several hundred miles away from this branch in Lincoln County, Mississippi, even with a person in the local office. (Silly).”

“We have recently moved to the area, wanted a tank set up. The office gals were very helpful. Kenny, who delivered and set us up, was contentious and thorough. He even showed me how to light the stove!”
