“I go to this location multiple times a week, some weeks daily. I always have a fast and pleasant experience. The bank staff is courteous and personable if given the chance. Some of these comments about the horrible wait time fail to include that the customers ahead of them are being difficult or the line is out the door because this is a high traffic location. I have heard many of their customers be very rude to them and they always do their best to mitigate the situation. PSA: It's not the tellers fault you mismanaged your money and bounced a $5 check at the pharmacy.”
