“We were paying at&t $500 a month and thought that was too high so when we got a bill for $900 this month with no explanation of why we decided to swap providers. We ended up a Richland, MS Cricket mobile and I'm glad we did. Our bill is going from $500 and up (depending on at&ts mood) to $150 per month. Brie helped us out and she was great. I didn't feel my guard go up not once. We'll definitely be coming back in for adding a line or two in the future. Thank you' Cricket and thank you Brie!”

“Overall our visit was pleasant because Chloe is very professional, helpful, and kind. We observed Chloe being considerate of each customer. I believe that she is respectful and does her best to ensure the customers needs are met. We enjoyed her professionalism. In my opinion I hope that this location gets the remodeling for more product options with matching accessories, displays, shelves, and better seating it needs. The phone service has been pretty good compared to others we have had. I think Cricket hires personable people who bring a fun atmosphere to their work, and have learned to juggle many task. I hope all of the Mississippi stores get more recognition for their hardworking dedication in this environment. Shout out to this and the State Street store staff in Jackson, MS. They have really impressed us.”

“Melisa is a very compelling lady. Friendly and very kind to all. Seems to be the type of person all phone companies would be proud to have as a boss. I went there she was very honest, forthcoming about all the phones and very helpful. So i bought a great phone and switched from metro pcs in which the service wasn't that great at all. But now i can go in walmart and make calls. Thank you melisa, and if anyone is in need of great service and a beautiful smiling face.... Go to cricket wireless on ellis ave. Ty all”

“the reason why I'm giving this MetroPCS or five-star is because the lady that was there the Sunday she really tried to help me to the point where she couldn't help me anymore you ain't going downstairs but I do give a one-star for the members of management not answering her calls when she needed help.”
