Everything was prepared before we arrived so picking up the vehicle was fast and drama free and they also stayed late so I could drop off the vehicle before catching my flight. Location was also conveniently located and vehicles were in clean perfect order.”

“I had an ABS issue with my trailer and called them to get a price. They fixed it very quickly-my repair took about an hour. Just note that they have a 2-hour minimum charge, so it’s a better deal for longer jobs. Overall, it’s still a good place to take trucks and trailers for repairs.

“When you need trailers and quality service. Need a trailer? Don’t hesitate to visit H&P!!!! I wasn’t prepared to go out and purchase a trailer so I decided to lease first. After searching a while and being declined, someone (manager of another company) recommended H&P to me. So glad I took his suggestion. Qualified me and got me going quickly. “Best Uhaul experience I have had to date! The original Uhaul I was using (from Florida) blew a tire and when the guy fixed it he told me the wheel bearing was about to go out and I needed to get an entirely new Uhaul trailer. Tried calling the Uhaul customer service line and roadside assistance line MULTIPLE times and nothing would go through. Found a random Uhaul place in Jackson but they did not have any trailers so they sent me to this place to get one. Jay was so incredibly helpful and friendly!! He went above and beyond in his customer service and genuine care. He made what started out to be a terrible day SO MUCH BETTER! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. 10/10 would recommend!”
“I submitted my photos in the system and downloaded a photo in the system of the gas not being where it was said to be in contract and uhaul never even gave me credit for putting the gas back on half a tank even though it was not on half when I got, but they charged me the extra miles though but never gave me credit!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!!”
“It was alright. Kind of expensive, but I was able to reserve the truck the night before and show up and check in with my phone and drop off keys at the end of the day.
The truck had nice cold a/c. They seem to have a good selection of trucks. I would return if I was needing a moving truck.”
