“Best Uhaul experience I have had to date! The original Uhaul I was using (from Florida) blew a tire and when the guy fixed it he told me the wheel bearing was about to go out and I needed to get an entirely new Uhaul trailer. Tried calling the Uhaul customer service line and roadside assistance line MULTIPLE times and nothing would go through. Found a random Uhaul place in Jackson but they did not have any trailers so they sent me to this place to get one. Jay was so incredibly helpful and friendly!! He went above and beyond in his customer service and genuine care. He made what started out to be a terrible day SO MUCH BETTER! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I was pretty nervous about our reservation after reading these reviews, but our process went exactly as planned. We even called to see if we could pick up our truck a little early, which we could. They gave us the exact size we reserved. They charged us the exact amount they quoted. It drove great, and the return went great. It's definitely a sketchy place, but everything went great.”

“Much can be said about moving organizations that keep their customers in mind. My experience at this location was quite pleasant. I had many questions, and lots of options to choose from. What helped me most was the customer service that I received from Miss Cain. Her sunny disposition let me know that I was in a great U-Haul location to get the help that I needed. I observed how professional she was in handling a distressed customer. She kept calm and never missed a beat.
