I had some concerns about a FedEx package that was dropped off at this Dollar General in Carriere on Friday to be shipped to me via FedEx 2Day. Unfortunately, the package arrived after the FedEx pickup hours on Friday, and by Monday there was still no movement on the tracking.
I waited until Tuesday, when FedEx confirmed the package had been scanned at the store again that morning at 7:28 AM. I reached out to the store, and Jennifer, the store manager, was kind enough to keep me updated and let me know once the FedEx driver finally arrived to pick up the package.
I really appreciate Jennifer taking the time to reassure me and provide an update. Her willingness to help and communicate made a potentially frustrating situation much easier. Thank you, Jennifer!”

It was the start day of the clearance event and she was working very hard on stock but still took time to help me with a smile!
I was actually in shock bc I had just left one store that wasn’t very helpful but kinda rude. People like this women are who belong in customer service!”
