“I like to go to this bank mostly because you don't have to get out of your car. It's also convenient to get in and out of. Now, of course this is the drive through the I am talking about. However, there is the main bank right behind it. That is the big bank that I have been in but only a few times since they built this drive through a few years ago. They have at sometime remodeled the main bank and it is completely different from where you used to enter and where you enter now. Anyway, the customer service has been great and they take care of me every time. The only thing is that they need a change machine like my other bank in Tennessee had. If you have a lot of change, they tell you to "roll it", then bring it here.”
