“We had an excellent stay at Cotton House over the weekend. The rooms were SO spacious and clean, the bathroom is massive! It also had great lighting, which is not easy to find these days, it was nice & bright. It was very quiet and comfortable, we didn't lack anything in our room.
Service was wonderful as well! Shamayel was working the front desk when we arrived and was able to accommodate an early check-in, she was so friendly, professional and helpful upon check-in and check-out!
You also can't get a more convenient location, it's right on the town square and walkable to shopping, restaurants, bars & coffee. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Rooms: Massive rooms, plenty of space in the room & bathroom, not to mention NO CARPET! Big fan of that.

Safety: Seemed very safe, we never had an issue or came across anything concerning.

Walkability: Plenty to see and do within walking distance.

Food and drinks: Lena's Pizza & Bagels is a MUST, fantastic food and service. Also Zoe Coffee Co, great coffee right across the street.

Noteworthy details: Rooftop bar with great views and well stocked.”

“Kyle is the reason why I'm leaving this review. He went above and beyond for my team. We mailed a box ahead of our event, and it arrived broken. Kyle was kind enough to tape it back up and let me know he had it stored. He is truly a gem, and so is everyone at the Lyric Hotel. Side note it's also very close to the Grammy museum.”

“I spent 2 nights at the hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was really nice and personable and the room was kept neat and clean. Shout out to Georgina who was especially nice and accommodating. Would recommend????.

“The reviews on this place are crazy. It’s a nice, clean, and CHEAP place to stay, and everyone in Cleveland has been so friendly. I’m thinking about stopping on my way back from New Orleans just to soak in the vibes before heading back to Chicago.”

“Staff was helpful and greeted us every time we entered the lobby. Team also sent texts to inquire if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was typical hotel food but plenty of it. The waffle iron worked and the grits were delicious!!
We were apprehensive before arriving when we read some of the reviews. I don’t always post a review but wanted to make the effort as I would stay here again.”

“Quality Inn lacks quality. I will say, the employees are doing their best to accommodating our stay. Issues: Door does not properly lock, tub drain is stopped up, and the TV cable box is gone with the remote. The breakfast had some of the breakfast ready: missing butter, jelly, proper covers over food items (eggs, sausage, and biscuits). The management stated they just got funding for renovations, which start next week. This is a 1 star stop, not 2. The Manager is triple checking the next room before we move our third room.I will add...the 3rd room we moved to has ALL the amenities as we expected and paid for in a hotel room. New 4 Star rating thanks to the managers effort.”
