“I came in just to have another phone activated that I just got and I was met with Briana. She greeted me first upon coming in and was amazingly nice. While working with me, another disgruntled customer came in complaining about towers being down and how she needs to fix it right now. Briana kept her composure so well when even as a customer I was getting annoyed. I just want to commend her on her customer service and the way she handled everything!”
“Zach, has awesome customer service skills. I was greeted at the door by him, I went in to purchase earbuds and when I told him I wanted to upgrade. He showed the IPhone 16 Pro Max. I was well pleased with his demonstration about the phone. I purchased it right away.
