“Shamera was absolutely wonderful. Her personality, customer service, relativeness, communication and helpfulness was top tier. She was such a breath of fresh air. I'm not sure how much she's compensated...but she most definitely deserves a raise. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.”

“Excellent Service!!!! My elderly mom wanted a phone, we walked in today and there were two young ladies (sisters) who assisted us. There were very nice, patient, and professional. They set up the phone for my mom, and answered all of our questions as well. We are very grateful that they were able to assist with all of our needs. The experience was awesome!!!!!”

“I took my phone in for a screen repair. They fixed it. My phone started glitching and I took it back. He looked at it again, no charge. They will try and try until they figure it out. I took it back twice. No charge. Unfortunately it was a motherboard issue and he let me know it would be cheaper just fo get a new phone. Service is awesome, they're patient and stand by their work. Honest and efficient. Highly recommended”

“The staff had the best energy and customers service skills. The enthusiasm from each worker was highly refreshing! I have been with Att since Bellsouth and Cingular. Keep up the great atmosphere and thanks for years of service!”
