“I have heard stories about problems with the Tate County mail delivery, but our Mail Lady is wonderful. We live in Arkabutla-she always comes to the door with packages and she is always friendly. Thank you to our Mail Lady!!”

“I do not usually leave reviews but today I felt I should. This USPS has the best customer service I have ever received. This was my first time shipping off packages and I feel confident and very reassured that my packages were taken care of. The staff is so patient and caring, paying attention to detail and helping me with labeling. We are all truly so blessed to have such an amazing business with even better employees!”

“I had really great service this morning and wanted to add a review because I think only complaints normally do so, which gives them an overall rating that is unfairly low.”
