They do not answer the phone based off their hours.

Mail carrier had a large package for me today, instead of bringing it to the house they squashed & stuffed it about 4 inches into the mailbox. Most of the package was hanging out of the mailbox, positioned perfectly for theft. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
