“I visited a couple weeks ago and the manager was working on his own (but still making sure everyone was attended to and heard). My car was having issues with the battery light, but after a diagnostic he was able to distinguish that there were issues with my alternator and starter, as well as my battery connectors. Thanks to him identifying this for me and going the extra mile, he saved me from burning my battery dead. Today, I got my parts and had them installed and my car runs like new.
