Check‑in was quick after on‑line registration and reservations in advance. The process from start to finish was smooth, simple and painless. The vehicle was clean, did not smell and drove just fine. Return of the vehicle was quick, simple and without problems or issues. Avis puts a $300 hold on the debit/credit card and drops the hold once the vehicle is returned with no damages.

The manager and new hire were extremely friendly. It was a bit of a maze getting inside as they were located in the airport terminal, but the customer service extended from behind the counter melted my frustration away.

Check-in was quick because I registered on-line requested info and made reservations in advance! Return of vehicle was simply and quick, no problems at all! I would like to make others aware that Avis does put $300 hold on your debit/credit card for possible damages, but will drop the hold once the vehicle is returned with...

The sign says they open at 8. Thankfully, there was a number to call. They were washing cars.
