We bought a 2011 GMC Acadia for my mother in law and he even printed us out a copy of the car fax showing it never missed an oil change and was always serviced on time! “Five stars for the amazing people that make Enterprise run. The human beings at this company do great work. Only 4 stars for vehicle, only because it was over engineered yet cranky to drive, sue to being a new Kia with computerized dash. I vastly prefer to drive old European cars with stick shifts and rack and pinion steering. It js probably difficult to find one to rent these days… so I will return to Enterprise and greatly appreciate the human beings who make this company run.”

“Was a little worried after seeing the reviews. But was happily proven wrong! Despite calling in late with a delayed flight (private) to confirm the details my rental was waiting at the FBO ready for me to pickup when I eventually got there. I wish I could recall the lady I spoke with but she’s been there for a long time, I’ve been told. She’s the one that got everything taken care of. Thanks!!”
