“I have no words to describe how amazing my experience was in this gym, and it has been my favorite place in the city from day one. The workouts were always fun and effective, but what really makes the difference in the Fitness Factor family is the human quality that is experienced in the corridors, from the employees and trainers to each one of the clients. Unfortunately I can't stay longer than I'd like (Military life), but I recommend anyone who wants to move and improve their quality of life to join this Gym.”
“I love it. My only complaint is that there’s been a few (4-5) times in the last couple weeks when it wasn’t cool enough in the facility…not the way it had been the other times I’d gone, anyway. [The temperature] was pretty much perfect yesterday, though.”

i recently joined this gym and love it so much! it is calm in there and the staff are amazing!! i am in love with the fact it has tanning beds, a sauna, and cold plunge.
Although i do have one complaint, the tanning bed bulbs are not strong at all and i believe they need to be changed. also when you look up in the tanning bed at least number 1 it is dirty on the inside (of the glass, around the buttons). other than that it is a top teir, clean, balanced and well-lit gym and i still love all of the amenities and the classes you can get with the three gym style membership.”

“I was invited today by a couple of friends and enjoyed a great group workout session. Luke Strohl did an awesome job coaching and keeping everyone safe. The gym was clean, set up nicely, and had a positive atmosphere! If you've never checked out a crossfit gym for yourself, you should stop in and say hi!”
