I got discriminated against and I've gotten helped too. So, apparently they have all types of folks there.I've had some of the worst experiences ever trying to shop here and I've had times when the employees were so nice you wouldn't believe it either.

Had a online ordered went to pick it up in columbus ms the associate Eric argued with me when I informed him that pieces were missing in one of the kits. Then he called someone and asked if it was supposed to come with all the items on. The box the box was even damaged.

Need better selection for home decor, I guess that's what home depot is for, but we don't have one here. Their pricing for sheetrock needs to be changed, sheetrock comes in 1 bundle is 2 pieces and their pricing is for each piece. So whatever the price is might as well double it if you're buying 1 bundle.

When you spend thousands of dollars at a business and you need to swap out a twenty dollar plumbing part and you don't have the receipt they don't have time for you.Notice I said swap out not get cash back.I'll be spending my money some where else.

I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator that did not power up. The solution the pro desk offered was to pick up the defective one and schedule a delivery for another one. I asked if a replacement could be on the truck, so my tenant could have a fridge asap. This request was denied. I will not do business with a store that doesn't stand behind the products they sell.

1st time using the pickup order for lumber, plus a handful of small parts. When arriving at the store, it's only a little confusing where to go (for lumber vs only picking up small stuff). Employees soon pointed me in the right direction, and I got my stuff.I was a little worried about them picking my lumber for me, but my mix of 2x12, 2x4, and 1x4 were all pretty straight. A couple of the 1x4s were bowed, but it won't matter for my application.I did have a box of screws canceled from the order last minute for "out of stock", which was annoying that the website didn't show this.

TLDR: Disappointed with slow service and lack of transparency. Staff seemed indifferent, and I was concerned about potential theft of my $500+ order. Hoping for better customer service, especially for higher-value orders….The details: Upon arriving at the store, my experience was unfortunately marred by a few issues. Despite calling ahead and waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I found the staff engaged in casual conversation upon my arrival, leaving me feeling overlooked. When inquiring about my $500+ order at the online pick-up desk, I was directed to the back of the store without a clear explanation, prompting concerns about potential theft. This led to unnecessary concern regarding the status of my order, which, while eventually resolved, left me with lingering uncertainties about its delivery. Given the value of my order, I had hoped for a more reassuring and transparent customer service experience.

Poor management and incompetent Manager at the store who pays little attention to customers needs. Inexperienced and unsupportive. Rude, and inattentive.I will definitely not go to this Lowe's any other lowes again. Definitely will not recommend to any other customers.

It would be a nice place to buy something. Went inside asked 3 different people about pegboard. They said what isle it was on. Didn't even bother to see if they were out or not. One said again yeah it's down there. I think if these people would stay off their phones and help customers, they'd sell me stuff. But because they didn't seem to care and there was NO pegboard to be found, we will go somewhere else to buy it.

Always a great store but over the past few years, it's getting harder and harder to find an employee for help when you need it.
