“i have always been impressed with the service received at this location. I have a POB and pick up mail almost daily. Needed one stamp a day or two ago. While in line, several customers ahead of me were in need of "special" help. The head clerk Shelley took time to ask questions to assure they received services needed. People left with a smile. I have seen patience, courtesy and genuine friendliness from the staff. I know there must be lulls during the day however I hope there will always be two clerks at this location.”
“This post office is conveniently located right downtown in Columbus. I love that it is in an old building with beautiful architecture and traditional features from the past. The employees here are always very friendly and fast with their service. Fortunately, there are not usually any/very long lines like at other post offices. I can usually stop by there on my lunch break and ship a package or buy some stamps in just a few minutes!”
