I was invited today by a couple of friends and enjoyed a great group workout session. Luke Strohl did an awesome job coaching and keeping everyone safe. The gym was clean, set up nicely, and had a positive atmosphere! If you've never checked out a crossfit gym for yourself, you should stop in and say hi!

My wife and I dropped into Steel Monkey and had a great experience! The staff and community were overly welcoming. The owner, Luke, made it a point to get to know my wife and I which is a testament to their culture.The gym itself was clean and the equipment was top notch. We will be dropping in every time we’re in town!
