I explained what happened, and he was so nice and advised me that He would not charge me the late fee of $15 and that I could just call when I get my new card and he would accept the regular monthly payment. PRAISE GOD FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have been a customer for a long time and I take comfort in knowing that my belongings are in a safe place.
