“Great selection on home and other building supply needs. They have reasonable prices on single and double doors. The doors and frames are of good quality with sturdy and secure knobs. There is always a large selection of paneling and gesso boards and bins of nails and fasteners. They will meet or beat any advertised prices, excluding Lowe's.”

“I recently visited Lowe’s and was greeted by Hanna, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, and truly a bright spot during my visit, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for. Unfortunately, my experience with another employee, Crystal, was the complete opposite. She came across as rude and condescending, both toward me and seemingly toward her coworkers. It made the me uncomfortable and left a negative impression. Customer service should be consistent, and while Hanna set a great example, Crystal’s behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I expect. Lowe’s take note! Hire more employees like Hanna! That would make a big difference.”
