“Lori was fabulous when we returned the uhaul car dolly we rented. The other lady at the beginning to rent the thing made the process so awful we almost left without renting it in the first place. Lori was cracking jokes and made it bearable. She made the return experience much better. Big fan of Lori, that other lady though, Anita I think, thinnish with grey hair; I'd sooner drive 20+ miles before dealing with her again.”
