“This is where I get all my compounded prescriptions! I love their text messaging system. It lets me know when my prescription is ready for pickup. Their text system also alerts me when they will be closed for holidays or emergency.”

“This Kroger is super fancy! I come from a town with a much smaller Kroger and honestly this one puts it to shame. The sushi, antipasto, and deli are always great, and the woman at the cheese counter was attentive and very helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I love stopping by here whenever I'm in town.”

“I really love this Walmart pharmacy they are always very helpful and nice I never have any issues I see a lot of people come in and just be rude to them over issues that aren't their fault and they still just treat them as kindly as they can and they fill our prescriptions pretty fast and on time I never have to wait to long maybe 30 minutes to an hour on days they are busy and if it's any longer than that it's not their fault”

“Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”
“My first experience with this pharmacy. The staff was customer- friendly and went beyond to assist me with cost reduction for an expensive medication. Staff protective of patient prrsonal information by not speaking loudly and directing patient behind me to step back so as not to be able to hear or see my information when entering data on payment machine. Yes, I would recommend this pharmacy to friend and family.”

“Due to uncontrollable circumstances, I now have to use a different walgreens pharmacy. Byram has had a big boom in recent years causing this line to be unbelievably long (longer than Chick fil A's line). After waiting 45+ mins during my last 3 pickups - i had to seek bettee options.Still great service.”

“I love going into the Richland store. The place is so clean everytime I go in there not to mention everything is in its place.. The workers are so amazing, they are always eager to help to help. I love the fact that when your song comes on and you are in line to check out that the cashier starts singing with you. And the Assistant Manager Christy is so good at her job. When you call to see if they have something the goes out of her way to help and she is so friendly on the phone.. Thanks Richland store keep up the great job...”

“Even though all Walgreens are on the pricey side this one in particular is pretty decent but what I love most about it is the staff the ladies at the front desk always help my son and they come back out to the car to make sure what I wanted exactly cuz I am in a wheelchair and I always I can't always get out of the car but they're always assisting me and my son to fit our needs and I very much love that plus I get adult diapers from there the Walgreens brand and they're very affordable very comfortable I love it”

“Walgreens is not what it used to be some employees seem to think they're better than you cuz when you walk in they don't say hi they don't think that you exist but when you ask for help they don't know where stuff is and yet they work in the store this is kind of odd to me because if you work in the store you think you would know where product would be in what aisle it would be on but maybe I'm just being too critical”
