“The only reason I'm giving this location a 4 instead of a 5 is the way their entry was situated can make it a scary when turning off of 49. It's to the right, but their entry is BEFORE the light for the cross street. They also had a limited amount of space, so, also a limited amount of choice.
My family went to Polk's #1 since I was a baby. Very good hometown feel.
They were incredibly friendly and I did find the cough syrup and kid's liquid Tylenol i needed. These local folks are certainly worth the trip.”
“This pharmacy is actually located a long distance from our home but we'd rather drive the longer distance and have better service than use our local Walgreens.
The Pharmacists and the folks up front at the counter couldn't be any kinder and they are busy.

“A one stop shop for everything that you may need. The prices are great for buying in bulk. I like that you can scan your own items with the app and then pay. No lines to wait in when you are ready to leave. They have the best gas prices also. The parking lot is clean just like the inside of the store. There is plenty of parking but a lot of traffic.”

“Yesterday I needed 2 prescriptions for my dog. I live in Virginia and had to come to Mississippi on short notice so I got my vet to write me the prescriptions my dog needed. Could have purchased from my vet but much more expensive there. Anyway I called the pharmacy at the Pearl Sams Club and was told they would have to order the drugs and they had to have the written prescription before hand. That would be a 100 mile round trip.
I have been a member for over 30 years and a plus member so I called again today. Talked to Jessha. She said she could order the meds and I could pick them up next week. This saved me a 100 mile trip.

“My first experience with this pharmacy. The staff was customer- friendly and went beyond to assist me with cost reduction for an expensive medication. Staff protective of patient prrsonal information by not speaking loudly and directing patient behind me to step back so as not to be able to hear or see my information when entering data on payment machine. “Due to uncontrollable circumstances, I now have to use a different walgreens pharmacy. Byram has had a big boom in recent years causing this line to be unbelievably long (longer than Chick fil A's line). After waiting 45+ mins during my last 3 pickups - i had to seek bettee options.Still great service.”

The only complaint I have is to the company..... Everyone suffers and no one gets good service when they're short staffed. I think they're kicking it considering”

“Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”
