“Love this gym! The staff is amazing and are very friendly and helpful. The equipment is in good shape and gets refreshed frequently. The gym can get busy in the late afternoons, but there is plenty of equipment to go around. I don't find myself unable to complete a workout because someone is using a machine I planned to use.The tanning beds and Hydromassage chairs are worth the price of admission, imo!Highly recommend!! A+++”

“Best CrossFit place I have ever been too. I have been to others that don't care who you are or your size and capabilities. This place scales it just for your and coach liz is very hands on. Shows you how to do the movements correctly. Everyone that works out here is very friendly and always encouraging. Price is high and could be more affordable for a lot of people but if you can afford it I recommend giving a try.”
