Chuck is a really helpful guy. I enjoy working with him as he strives to help the customer. I’ve have some bad experiences with this particular dealership, but working with Chuck has really helped to persuade me to continue my business with this location.

The service center is great. Everyone is helpful and polite! There is a salesman here that didn't listen to anything my husband and I were saying regarding our search for a new car. He was very pushy in trying to get us to buy something we didn't want. So we went to another Mac Haik and had a fabulous experience.

Our Service Advisor, Bob, was very helpful. Our work was done as efficiently as you'd expect during a strike and 2 parts had to be delivered from several states over. Very polite staff, and kept us updated regularly via phone calls. Thankful for their help and thankful that our jeep is finally running well.
