I bought two bags of cat food that were on sale, but when I got home I looked at my receipt and saw that I never got the discount. I returned to the store next day and showed receipt to the young manager on duty, and he said nothing could be done about the overcharge other than write to corporate. I then got an email from Petsmart asking me to rate the store. Of course, I expressed my dismay. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised when the chief store manage, Nathan, took time to personally call me and correct the mistake and also explained why the overcharge had occurred.

The groomer didn't want to groom the family dog (Pekinese, male). He claimed the dog had high anxiety and couldn't calm him down. The dog was unfamiliar with this groomer and would back away from him. The dog didn't growl, bark, snap at him, or had raised fur...he just backed up. When they brought the dog to me, he wasn't rambunctious, scared, or anything...just his annoying little self lol.

I arrived on time and stood in line 15 mins. When I made it to the desk they gave me late confirmation comment and I let them know that I’ve been here in line waiting then the guy apologized and I was ok. I then waited 4 hours because that what they told me that . I showed up without a call or notification about my dog being ready was the 2nd problem. Then I got her back they did not do as I expected them to. I asked for her nails to be drilled and they were barely cut. Her hair cut is not what I asked for and she was cut down to the white meat. I was not heard and I did not get refunded or and help . The manager did not agree and proceeded to tell me what the notes said about my dog being aggressive. If someone would have called me and I would have understood the service was hard for him to do . Instead I paid for service that I did not ask for . I would not recommend or go back to this location Flowood Ms. It was the worse experience to have paid and they could not compensate.

Bonnie cut my baby Saturday and she scalped him!!! No more fur on my poodle. She called me frantic saying that he was matted on his
legs. My baby was not matted when I checked him in. Now he is cut to low and he will not stop shaking!!! While I am picking him up she is telling another customer the same thing that their baby is
matted too. I think she did not want to take the time to brush out and do her job Saturday, May 31st. Then she proceeded to charge that customer an additional $14 too. This is unacceptable Petsmart Grooming. You all need to do better immediately!!

If you are looking to adopt don’t expect the organization PetSmart works with to prioritize placing animals. Sad for the animals to miss the chance at good homes. GO TO WEBSTER

Online scheduling was simple to use. This isn’t the first time but most likely the last time i’ll take my pets. I requested my pet to be shaved and groomed, washed furminator and summer special almost a hundred dollars. the clip request was to shave the shoulders to the tail leave the neck, whiskers and eyebrows, we would do that. when i went to drop her off, 15 minutes prior to the appointment, i was told they couldn’t take her in because the groomer had gone to lunch. When i picked her up they had clipped from head to toe, poorly, tufts of uncut hair, she didn’t look, feel, or smell like like she had been washed groomed and furminator. She is a wire haired dachshund, really doesn’t shed but covered in loose hair. the groomer said i didn’t understand the instructions ….

I want inside to pick up my online order and to double check the item that was supposedly out of stock. However, when I got to the shelves, I noticed there was inventory of the item, and I took it to the front to inquire as to why it was removed from my order when they had it in stock. At that point, the sales associate got very rude. Her tone was very condescending. She answered my questions in a way that clearly told me that she didn’t want to be bothered with me so instead of purchasing the item that was omitted from my order I elected to just received the order that I paid for. She handed the bag to me by her fingertips and snidely told me “you’re welcome”. Her behavior was very rude and uncalled for and at no point did I match her attitude or give her attitude.
