“I discovered through my tracking number I had put the wrong return address when I made an online order.Therfore, when the carrier attempted to deliver the pckg they could not find the address bc there was no such number.I want to thank the clerks, the supervisors and the mail carriers at the Northview stationfor locating my pckg which was a birthday gift for a very special person.I don't think the public understands the process the mail goes through to end up in our mailbox.I now have a greater respect for what the postal employees are doing. “I recently went here on May 3rd to get my passport process started. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived early. There was one person ahead of me, but I didn't mind waiting. The staff were super friendly and let me wait in the waiting area until they were ready for me. 1000/10 experience here!”

“The tall white old man at the counter was very rude when I asked him if priority mail is also insured and tracked for mailing to canada but he rudely replied to me that only priority express mail is insured and tracked . I knew he was wrong but he shook his head when I questioned him and he called onto next customer to aid. Priority express mail is double the cost of priority mail even though both are insured and tracked. I wouldn’t want to use something that cost double if I can save money using cheaper option especially if I am not in a rush to deliver something and okay getting it deliver 6-10 days as stated. The tall white man should get retrained on getting facts straight and shouldn’t be telling wrong information to customers and be rude at the same time. So I immediately left , didn’t say anything, went to Madison usps location to mail out priority mail to canada without any issue.”
“This is the absolute best post office. The employees are always very nice and very helpful. They are thorough and explain things patiently to customers. They operate extremely efficiently. I have never had to wait for services. They always tell me the best way to mail my items in order to get the best price. Additionally, the whole facility is always very neat and clean.”

“I absolutely LOVE my 39047 post office. The customer service is above and beyond. I wish their landlord would take better care of the parking lot for their strip, but that isn't the post office's job. We have home delivery and I have a box for my business. I've had large packages all the way down to live chickens delivered to me with care. Today, the lady ran me down in the parking lot because the package I'd asked about was coming in, and she wanted to make sure I got it. I get EVERYTHING delivered to my po box location, so i never have to worry about theft, weather, or lost ANYTHING, even when I'm out if town. It's perfect. 10/10”

In this particular instance, they not only answered the phone, but the Station Manager Jasper assisted me. He resolved the issue immediately and called to follow up with additional information. “The clerk and manager went OUT OF THEOR WAY during this snow storm to rummage through all the mail in the back, find my packages and give them to me. This is NOT something they had to do, but did anyway. I am thoroughly grateful for them going beyond the mere bare minimum of their jobs to help me out. The manager was also leaving to go deliver mail A after the ice storm we had!!It is easy to not want to give these people a break and I’m the most guilty, but on this day, they outperformed expectations!”
