“Excellent! In from out of town, did not have an HDMI cable for a an important presentation. I called a dozen establishments in the area where all said they did not have any. I had less than an hour before my presentation. Lynda and Jimmy went out of their way, found a cable and called me back. Their business does not typically stock these cables. “No drama. Ever. That's the best thing about this place. This independent small business has been around Jackson for more than 25 years -- which should tell you something right there because it's not like they have the printing market cornered; there are lots of places you can get stuff printed these days, including online -- but there's nothing small about what they can do. They have state-of-the-art equipment, highly trained and experienced personnel, and more flexibility than FedEx Office, NovaCopy, or any other big printing franchise. Most of the guys at ASAP have been doing this s*** for a decade or more. There is practically nothing they haven't seen, no issue they haven't encountered, and no problem they haven't solved. If it involves ink, they can do it. Just call or go online to see. They even do t-shirts. Also, on the remote chance they can't do something, they will tell you *right now* instead of keeping you on the hook for a half-cocked job later. Don't be a dumbass and try to do some printing project on your laptop, using some hokey online company based in San Francisco that's just going to outsource all the actual work to some sweatshop in Bangladesh. Use ASAP Printing. They're from here, and they know what the f*** they're doing.”

“This UPS store was easy to find. The wait in line time was not long at all. The employees were very helpful, professional, and kind. I had a very large and heavy package to return. One employee had to help unload it and bring it inside for me. He did so with much kindness and professionalism without making me feel like it was a problem. The lady at the counter was very quick to get me my receipt. I was in and out of the UPS store in around 5 minutes. This store made my opinion of UPS much more positive. Other than returns, this UPS store does packaging, faxes, makes copies, shreds paper, ships items, rents mailboxes, and I am sure much more.”
