“5 stars alone for Nathaniel's patience and knowledge in trying to help my daughter find inserts for her cleats to help her feet. He then recommended shoes that would help her and my picky preteen approved his choices. We were able to look online and find the color she wanted and he told us how to order and we did! He was awesome and we appreciate him!”

“The entire staff went ABOVE and beyond to help me find everything I was looking for. They were patient, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy from start to finish. Not only did they help me with my purchase, but when I couldn’t find one item in-store, they even had it shipped straight to my house! That level of customer service is rare these days. Thank you all for being so kind and professional it definitely didn’t go unnoticed! I’ll absolutely be back!”

“I was greeted when I entered the store and immediately asked if I needed help with anything. I was there to pick up an online order I placed a few hours prior. I had not received the email stating the order was ready but attempted the pickup as I needed the item for a birthday party that evening. The rep indicated she was just about to fulfill the order and to give her a few moments. She had the item ready within 10 mins. Will purchase from here again!”

“I recently purchased a pair of boots … great store… awesome selection …. friendly and knowledgeable staff… but to no one’s fault but my own I wish i would have followed my first mind and purchased a half size down … instead of listening to salesman about size after measurements I purchased a size 11 … but now after 3 days of wear the boots have loosened and they are floppy and uncomfortable to me … when I pivot …my heals shift up and it just feels weird should have gotten an 10.5 … same size I wear in regular shoes.. nevertheless my next purchase I will definitely keep in mind to go with what I know to be my true size …”
