“I was greeted when I entered the store and immediately asked if I needed help with anything. I was there to pick up an online order I placed a few hours prior. I had not received the email stating the order was ready but attempted the pickup as I needed the item for a birthday party that evening. The rep indicated she was just about to fulfill the order and to give her a few moments. She had the item ready within 10 mins. Will purchase from here again!”

“I’m a mechanic, and I’ve been making Red Wing Store personnel say “Oh I didn’t know they made that model of boots in black(they don’t, but my job does HAHA)” since 2010, and they have been the only work boots I’ve been able to find that readily accommodate wider than usual toe boxes. It’s hard to find boots in 9.5EEE and I have very high arches too, so the right inserts matter. They sadly discontinued my perfect boot in 22-23 but I’ve now been back twice and Hunter and Joseph were excellent with helping find that perfect fit. Retired a pair of Apex 6” for a new pair of 8” BOA Tradesman, and after 2 days and 25k steps on the shop floor I’d say I’ve found my new favorite boots again. Thanks again guys, and I’ll see you again in 3 years, when I’ve turn them a nice shade of black.”

Sometimes Shoe Station just doesn't carry cute shoes in my size!
