“I had THE BEST experience there at Hibbett Sports! The young lady name August has top tier customer service! I love her personality and her willingness to help and solve problems. I came earlier in the day, she tried to help the best way she could. The shoe that my daughter wanted was not in stock in her size in store nor online. I explained to August that my daughter is very picky and I will have to bring her back once she gets out of school. August told me what time she gets off and I promised her I’ll try to make it by that time since we don’t live in the same city. As soon as my daughter got off the bus, we were headed back to Hibbett Sports because I only wanted to interact with August. She was the most attentive, professional and upbeat one in the store! Once we made it, she was still there and I was so happy! She remembered everything we talked about and she made my 14yo daughter feel seen and heard and I could tell she helped raised her confidence that day and I love that!!!! Oh and I cannot forget patience, she definitely exemplified that, considering how long it took my daughter to finally come to a conclusion on a shoe! Haha! I really appreciate Ms. August and will definitely be driving all the way back there for the next pair of shoes, ONLY if August is available! 💕💕💕”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
