“I ordered my husband some travel clothes and they accidentally sent me the wrong size. I spoke with Kylie in chat and they were absolutely amazing. Awesome customer service! Accurate communication. Made me feel so good for a company to make a minor mistake yet went above and beyond to fit it. Shipped his new size instantly and gave me a label to print so I can mail off the other product. I do a lot of online shopping and never ever have I had this type of customer service. I will definitely be spending my money with Nike forever.”

“This store is nice but boring and suttle. Very non flashy and bare bones feeling. Yet for all the austerity the brand has built itself to a point a sale is thought of as anything priced around $50 - $70 from what I can tell. Which I guess is not bad in today's environment but in my humble opinion sale prices could be better. If you a not providing sheik eye catching looks then where is all that saved money going, if not saving your customers money. When they first opened there I got some at a very decent price a couple of times so maybe I got spoiled . Customer service is good. I vote it as a good place to check out and hope to find a good deal.”

“The shoes were a snug fit. I only tried on 1 shoe and placed it back in box. With the other piece of paper not even bothered; i returned to local store. Alissa accused me of wearing both shoes. And I stated to her the other shoe was never disturbed. She says it's policy to ask if the customer has worn the shoes with no disturbance under the shoes... but there was a spot on the shoe where whe asked me...stating..no need to argue several times and it was about to push a button because I kept telling her I did not wear the 1 shoe when I have 2 feet. My address was not correct under my number when she pulled it up but she didn't offer to change it. You guys need to do better. Sometimes it better not to say nothing when you ask a question but you have already made up in your mind the outcome.”
