“I recently had to replace my phone after a bad fall on a concrete sidewalk that had damaged it (and my front teeth) back in January. The phone had held up until just a day or so before, and was starting to die on me, so I was very nervous about losing all my content. The employees who assisted me, first Deantae, and then Natalie, were very, very helpful to me. Service was quick and easy and exactly what I requested, and even better than expected! The price was reasonable as well. Both of these young people were knowledgeable in what I needed and were very personable and friendly, which made what is often an unpleasant task for me to be very quick and comfortable instead. I will definitely return to this store location when needed and can confidently recommend it to others! 5 stars for sure!”

I went in with an issue I was having with my phone, and from the moment I walked through the door, she treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. She made me feel genuinely valued and important — which is unfortunately rare these days in many establishments.
Not only was Emily incredibly courteous, but she was also extremely knowledgeable.
