Went in to the dealership to get my oil changed and the young man at the service desk turned a disastrous day into a very pleasant experience. I was so appreciative of all he did for me. I got home an hour before I was scheduled to have a test done at the hospital.”

“Quality body shop is a very professional body shop backed by some of the best auto and boat repair that I have ever encountered. They have fixed several damaged areas on my Z71 and on my boat trailer. I have to say that I knew exactly where the damaged areas were at and cannot see or even feel where they were even when I tried hard just to find anything. I found no sign what so ever indicating there had been any damage at all.”

“I was on my way to Florida from Arkansas when my car started to act up last Saturday, July 24. Pulled into their lot and my car completely shut down. They worked me in, discovered my entire serpentine belt was missing! Even though they were super busy, and closed at noon, they took care of me. Got the parts needed, fixed, and sent me on my way without breaking the bank. They went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road that day. Super friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend them to anyone around.”
“When Cannon Ford of Cleveland told me they wouldn't work on my 2010 Ford F-150 because they don't do work on cars older than 2015, I went to Guy Hall. And I'm glad I did. Fixed it with no worries about high dealership fees or having to worry about reprogramming. I honestly did have a concern about the repairs proceeding before a phone call detailing the repair and price. Luckily, it was around the price point I was ready to pay. Overall, I'm happy with the service. Limited staff means it'll take a little while longer but quality service.”
