“I was switching to Verizon from a different carrier. Customer service had a lot of problems trying to get my phone working and I spent about 3 hours on the phone with them. I had to go back to Greenwood where I started at and Ebony spent about an hour working on my phone and had it working. Same problem with my dad’s took it back to Ebony at the Greenwood office instead of spending 3 hours on the phone with customer service. Now I just take it back to her and have no problems. They are wonderful in the Greenwood office instead”

“Pretty good experience here overall. Staff was friendly and helped explain different phone and internet options without making the process feel overly pushy. The store looked clean and organized, and the wait time wasn’t too bad either. Definitely appreciated that they took time to answer questions clearly and helped get everything set up smoothly. Good spot if you need a phone upgrade, service help, or home internet information 📱✨”
