The first day I second guessed coming to Allen and wanted to leave but I went ahead since my truck needed some work. I planned to not come back but after meeting the manager today, I felt better about the dealership. He was polite, attentive, and helpful. I appreciate his customer service and great personality!

In & out in a little over an hour for my routine maintenance. Waiting room was a comfortable temperature this time as well. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. I also liked the electronic notification that my car needed additional service above what was originally planned for my approval.
